The second episode of The Kardashians just dropped on Hulu, and it featured a ton of behind-the-scenes content of Kim working on her Saturday Night Live monologue. On top of workshopping the monologue with Amy Schumer, Kim made some last-minute changes to a joke about Kanye during a skit, saying she is “always afraid of hurting people’s feelings” and didn’t want to make fun of the “father of my kids.”

So, what joke was cut? Apparently, it involved Kanye (played by Chris Redd) asking Kim to be his lawyer in the divorce. Kim expressed her doubts to Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus, saying, “The divorce is so sensitive for him, and so I’m already saying that part in the monologue, I don’t want to, like, make…maybe I could talk to Chris and think of something funny. I could just tell him, ‘Hey! This is super sensitive to him.’”

Psst: The monologue joke Kim is referencing went like this: “I married the best rapper of all time. Not only that, he’s the richest Black man in America. A talented, legit genius who gave me four incredible kids. So when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to one thing: his personality.”

Meanwhile, Chris did end up impersonating Kanye in The People’s Kourt, but the divorce joke was obviously cut:
