Iconic Los Angeles restaurant and celebrity hot spot Delilah has officially taken up residence in Miami, its first East Coast outpost. Occupying prime waterfront real estate in the Magic City's Brickell area, with views over Biscayne Bay, Delilah Miami will treat guests to opulent interiors, a menu showcasing some of its signature dishes, plus many Latin-inspired flavors reflecting Miami's culinary heritage, and top-notch entertainment.

According to Brian Toll, the co-founder and co-president of h.wood Group, which owns and operates Delilah along with more than 15 dining and entertainment venues across the U.S. and the Middle East, the opening was a few years in the making. He explained that the current location was a perfect fit for the legendary "modern-day supper club" adored by Hollywood's A-listers (Delilah has a strict no-photos policy).

"It's located in a burgeoning part of town with an already well-established nightlife scene; the building includes a private entry, an essential requirement for us in every location, and this property offers a waterfront backdrop, a rarity in Miami," Toll said. "One of the most unique features of Delilah Miami is the boat slip access which allows guests to easily come in and out by boat."

Patrons are welcomed through a grand stairwell entrance into a glamorous dining and lounge space awash in a light pink, teal, and gold palette with plenty of greenery throughout. Another familiar element? British artist Blue Logan's caricatures of some of Miami's most well-known celebrities are found on the menus, walls, and lamps. Delilah Miami also has a custom-built stage for nightly live performances.

Executive chef Daniel Roy has ensured guests can dine on some of the most beloved Delilah classics, such as chicken tenders with spicy barbecue and buttermilk ranch and a Kendall Jenner-inspired brownie. However, Roy has also added many Latin references, a nod to the destination, like Cubano fritters and octopus a la plancha.

Toll explained that Delilah Miami blends elements of its Los Angeles and Las Vegas outposts "as seen through a Miami-inspired lens."

"What we're hoping to bring to this market is The h.wood Group signature touch, a combination of our distinct designs, palpable atmosphere and exceptional levels of service to create extraordinary moments for guests time and time again," he added.

Delilah Miami is now open at 301 Brickell Bay Drive, and you can make a reservation on delilahrestaurants.com.
