That’s right, the Fourth of July is the cookout kickoff to a month filled with hot dogs prepared every way you can imagine. But at a certain point, outdoor cooking gets too hot to handle for even the toughest grill masters.

Lucky for you, with National Hot Dog Day coming up on July 19, you’ve got a chance to score a hot deal—with no cooking required. Philly Pretzel Factory is offering up their pretzel dogs for just $1 each. The pretzel dog features a Philly Pretzel wrapped around an all-beef hot dog covered in American cheese.

The best part? You can get the deal at both Philly Pretzel Factory stores AND Walmart locations. The only catch is that you won’t find this deal at transportation or entertainment venues, such as train stations, airports, or stadiums.

If you live near a Philly Pretzel Factory location, be sure to get the goods. As for the rest of us, we may need to celebrate a slightly different way—homemade pretzel dogs, anyone? Admittedly, it takes a bit more effort to make them yourself, but the reviews indicate the finished product is well worth it.

Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog

No confirmation from the brand yet, but Nathan’s is expected to bring back their 5-cent hot dog deal for 2023. In previous National Hot Dog Day celebrations, you could buy one hot dog at full price and get the second for just 5 cents in honor of the brand’s original price, set in 1916.

Sonic

We’ve heard a rumor that customers ordering through the Sonic app can get a Chili Cheese Coney for $1.29 on July 19—just know there’s a limit of 5 discounted dogs per order.
