OMG, You Have to See 18-Year-Old Zac Efron on "Room Raiders"
Some ancient video footage of Zac Efron that is going to change your life has just been resurfaced, y'all. It's from 2005, back when Zac was just 18 and his show on the WB (the CW's former life) Summerland had just been cancelled. He decided, at the time, it was a good idea to take part in an episode of MTV's Room Raiders.
Yup. You read that right. Zac was on Room Raiders - the dating show where someone has to choose between three potential dates based solely only on what he can find in their rooms. Just to give you an idea of how throwback this throwback is, when asked what his best physical feature is, Zac - dressed in a green T, kakhi shorts, and a pair of flip flops - said it was the pronounced gap between his two front teeth. You know, the one he totally doesn't have anymore.
In the hilariously cringe-y episode, 18-year-old Zac thinks that a canopy is a mosquito net, takes a swim in some girl's pool, stretches out one prospective date's pair of pumps, and plays a girl's guitar (horribly).
And while all that was perfectly cute and adorable, I'd like to tell 18-year-old Zac that he's a total jerk for suggesting one girl having a ton of trophies meant she was a brainiac/nerd. Being a nerd is COOL, zygote-Zac. Brains are awesome. Clearly you were too young to know this. He also suggests another girl is "lazy" for supporting her bed on cinder blocks instead of going out and buying a bed frame. NOT EVERYONE IS A RICH SUPER STAR WHO CAN AFFORD FANCY SHMANCY BED FRAMES, ZAC!
This is exactly why people shouldn't judge people based on their rooms.
Anyway, I'm guessing Zac had no clue he'd soon be the star of a Disney Channel movie franchise because he also uncovers a girl's stash of condoms, and other PG-13 items like handcuffs and lingerie!
