At 56, Salma Hayek is serving some epic summertime vibes on her beachy getaway. The House Of Gucci actress shared a new pic on Instagram of herself lounging on a boat in a cute gray bikini with a pair of sunglasses. And there's no denying that Salma's abs, arms and legs are stronger than ever.

"Some people don’t like grey days, but I think everyday is precious. Adore your week, No matter what it brings ❤️," she captioned the photo. And of course, this pic has her followers totally shook. The evidence? They're posting *tons* of fire emojis. Paris Hilton commented, "😍🔥🔥," and another fan noted, "🔥🔥🔥you look amazing." A third simply wrote, "queen 💕💕💕💕." And I couldn't agree more!

Women's Health has some insights into this star's health and wellness routines, so buckle up, because it's time for a Salma deep-dive. For one, Salma isn't a fan of the gym or traditional workouts, and instead prefers to get her body moving other ways. In an interview with People, she explained that gym workouts aren't her thing because of her long work days. "I don’t have time to exercise. I am working," she said. "I’ve had some 20-hour days."

She also added that "some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn't develop that."

Instead, Salma likes to focus on her posture by doing some restorative yoga. "I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you're working the muscles. It's restorative yoga," she told People.

Over the years, Salma has found other ways to stay active, like jumping on a trampoline.

The Like A Boss star is also obsessed with scuba diving and swimming in the ocean, and has tons of posts dedicated to her love of the water.

Of course, playing with her dogs also provides a little mini-workout during long days.

When it comes to her diet, you should know that Salma's nutritional goals are centered around the fact that she doesn't diet. “It doesn’t matter what my diet philosophy is because I don’t follow it. I don’t have the discipline," she told The New York Times in 2017.

However, Salma does like to juice, and she founded a line of organic pressed juices called Cooler Cleanse. "When I feel stressed, I turn to food for comfort," she said. "After doing a juice cleanse, I'm motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally. Cleansing is like my meditation. It makes me stop, focus and think about what I'm putting into my body. I'm making a commitment to my health and hitting the reset button."

But one thing is for sure: She loves food, and has a serious sweet tooth.
