OMG KJ Apa Just FaceTimed Charles Melton on the People's Choice Awards Red Carpet
KJ Apa attended the People's Choice Awards tonight without his rumored girlfriend, Britt Robertson.
He did FaceTime Charles Melton on the red carpet, however.
KJ Apa may have arrived to the People's Choice Awards solo tonight, but he wasn't completely alone. At one point while walking the red carpet, the actor FaceTimed his Riverdale costar Charles Melton!
The adorable interaction occurred when KJ was talking to E!'s Jason Kennedy. Jason surprised KJ with a phone and an incoming FaceTime from Charles!

KJ explained that Charles is currently shooting a movie in Louisiana (side note: who's excited for that?!!), so he couldn't be at the awards tonight. But also, while KJ and Cole Sprouse were both nominated for Male TV Star of 2019, Charles, for some crazy reason, was not.
Either way though, it's so sweet to see the BFFs/costars virtually reuniting and supporting each other. It's literally exactly what I need to keep me sustained until this week's episode of Riverdale.
