This New York “Full House” residence just sold for a considerable discount.

At a sprawling 5,731 square feet, this swanky West Village home once owned by the Olsen twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley — who rose to fame as children while playing the same character on that famed series — has sold for $9.2 million. What’s more, the home sold seven years after first hitting the market for an astonishing $25 million in 2017. Multiple price slashes ensued.

Developer Ian Bruce Eichner, of Continuum, purchased the apartment at One Morton Square from the famed twins for $7.7 million in 2010. That was six years after the actors-turned-fashion-designers paid $7.4 million for the unit in pre-construction, then never moved in.

The sale, which just hit property records, was first reported by Crain’s.

The posh penthouse comes with a main bedroom suite featuring a 900-square-foot walk-in closet and a dressing area/lounge that’s bigger than most New York City apartments.

The full-floor property — currently configured as an extra-spacious two-bedroom — opens to a foyer from a private elevator landing. It features a gracious 30-foot corner living room with a woodburning fireplace.

There’s also a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a library that could be converted into another bedroom — and city skyline and water views. Design details include wide-plank wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a custom 1,000-bottle glass-enclosed storage for wine.
