Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis Have “Very Awkward” Relationship Vibes Rn

Things appear to be pretty tense between exes Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis, who are currently trying to figure out a custody arrangement—while simultaneously dealing with the fallout from Jason publicly serving Olivia while she was in the middle of an on-camera presentation.

“Jason and Olivia have a very awkward relationship,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight. “They try to limit any direct contact with each other, but they both want what’s best for their kids. They are trying to sort out a manageable, stable, and healthy co-parenting routine and schedule for the sake of their children.”

According to Us Weekly, Jason’s petition to move his and Olivia’s custody case from California to New York was recently dismissed in a decision that read, “Both Judge Powell and this Referee agreed that New York was not the home state of the subject children; but rather California was the children’s home state. This court finds that New York does not have jurisdiction to hear the custody petitions as New York is not the home state of the subject children.”

And in court documents related to the petition obtained by the Daily Mail (via People), Olivia accused Jason of embarrassing her when she was served, saying, “Jason’s actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard. He could have served me discreetly, but instead he chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible. The fact that Jason would embarrass me professionally and put our personal conflict on public display in this manner is extremely contrary to our children’s best interests.”

Sounds like a difficult situation, but in better news, ET’s source says that “Olivia is totally smitten” with Harry Styles and “in love,” adding, “They are both so supportive of each other, personally and professionally speaking, and they are really there for each other through everything.”
