Actress and director Olivia Wilde has been hitting the gym hard lately—and her toned abs are proof that she’s putting in the work. Her abs have previously made headlines with the cut-out dress she wore to the Met Gala and the itty bitty tiny white thongkini she sported to celebrate her 39th birthday. Her insanely sculpted physique has definitely on our mind, but we’re currently more focused on her gym wear.

And now, the House star has flaunted her sculpted abs and toned legs yet again in a black coordinating set consisting of a plunging sports bra and low-rise leggings.

For Olivia, it seems the her workout sessions—or more specifically the walk to and from the gym—is her runway. She's been photographed by paparazzi in a purple coordinating set and in a laid back athleisure outfit with a cropped tee to show off her incredible abs. Now, the cameras caught the Booksmart director rocking a black sports bra, low-rise black leggings, and a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglasses as she strutted out of her workout sesh.

The 39-year-old star showed off her incredible physique, her toned arms, abs, and legs in the outfit. Olivia paired her fit girl look with a sky blue reusable water bottle and a pair of black athletic sneakers. She pulled her light brown locks into a lightly tousled ponytail to keep her hair out of her face for her work out. Since this gym outing, Olivia has unveiled her new Birkin bangs that we just adore.

The filmmaker went for a makeup-free look under her stylish shades (because who actually wears makeup to a workout?). Olivia skipped on any jewelry and just let her sporty outfit speak for itself. She completed the look with a canvas tote bag over her shoulder as she exited Tracy Anderson fitness studio, where she regularly works out. The gym is notably the same place her ex-boyfriend Harry Styles chooses to exercise. We can't imagine how awkward that must be!

Olivia Wilde's Workout Routine

You might be wondering what Olivia does to get such a toned bod. Well, she has opened up about her exercise and healthy eating regimen in the past.

She told CNBC that she particularly loves to jog and go for walks. "When you have an option to walk or take a car, walk if it's an option. I'll take the stairs." She continued, "There’s often a way to [be active]. Rather than sitting at home and taking a call and doing a phone meeting, walk around. You could often incorporate activity into your life."

Olivia shared with Women's Health that she also partakes in spin classes. "I make fun of it, but it's amazing, because you have to push yourself through this resistance, which is so therapeutic," she said. We love this approach to exercise!
