On May 13, Colton Underwood and Jordan C. Brown married in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by famous guests like Olivia Wilde.

But Wilde's fashion choice stole the show, as the actress wore a white dress to the wedding, which some see as a major fashion faux pas.

Wilde, 39, took to Instagram to discuss the wedding and her choice of clothing.

She posted a photo of herself at the event in a gorgeous white dress with thin straps and a low back on her Instagram Stories, writing over the snap, "Wore a wedding dress to a wedding just so I could make a joke about it in my toast."

Then in a second post, which showed Wilde hugging Underwood, 31, at the celebration, she explained that there was no reason to worry, "The grooms approved."

Wilde has been friends with Brown for years, which is likely why she gave a speech at the nuptials, which took place at Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa Valley.

Another familiar face at the wedding was a former Bachelor host, Chris Harrison, with Underwood telling People, "He's important to me, and we've stayed in touch."

Underwood also said of the ceremony, "We wanted to break some of the traditional norms of what a ceremony and a wedding look like."

"And for the entire weekend, we recognize that a lot of people attending, both of our families and some of our friends, this will be their first queer wedding. We really want to make it special," he went on.

Underwood and Brown started dating in 2021 after the former publicly came out as gay in a Good Morning America interview.

The two announced their engagement the following February, and now, just over a year later, they're officially married!
