Are capes about to be the look of awards season 2016? More than a few stars turned out to the Golden Globes last weekend sporting the style, and now, thanks to Olivia Wilde’s latest turn on the red carpet, we’re starting to think we’ll be seeing a lot more of the silhouette as the season progresses.
Last night, the actress arrived looking like a beautiful, benevolent sorceress in a black Valentino gown, complete with a sheer cape. The dress was anything but basic, so clearly the ensemble called for some dope accessories, in this case, the very chic netted veil Wilde is rocking here. Minimal jewelry, smoky eyes and a nude lip completed the look, which was already a knockout.
