Olivia Rodrigo just rocked yet another slinky, sheer, 90s-inspired ensemble! While attending the 65th Annual Grammy Awards, the “good 4 u” hitmaker, 19, turned heads in a see-through, custom black Miu Miu gown with skimpy straps and a curve-hugging fit.

The “drivers license” singer’s maxi dress revealed her bra top and boy shorts underneath the transparent fabric, and she accessorized her simple get-up with a singular black statement necklace and two shiny rings. She stepped out in matching black peep-toe heels that also seemed to channel turn-of-the-century style.

Rodrigo wore her long brunette tresses down, parted in the center and styled into elegant, loose waves at the ends. As for her makeup look, the “brutal” crooner went for subtle black winged liner, a touch of rosy blush on her cheekbones, and topped it all off with a glossy pink lip.

The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series star shared a photo collection post commemorating her time at the Grammys (from pics of her presenting at the awards ceremony to other shots showing off her outfit) for her 29.5 million Instagram followers. She wrote in her caption, “grammys day!!!!!! so special celebrating the magic of music with such wonderful ppl.”

Fan Reactions To Rodrigo’s Grammys Look

Naturally, Rodrigo garnered thousands of likes and comments from fans, with many hyping up her understated, monochromatic look. “It’s giving casual icon,” one user wrote as another added, “our outfit absolutely slayed fr.” Someone else dubbed her a “style icon,” and we have to agree!

Soon after, Rodrigo posted a selfie from the night, flaunting her Yves Saint Laurent beauty look. This also helped inspire thousands of fan captions, with one deeming Rodrigo the “queen of a simple cat-eye” and another writing that they “missed her” and loved her “return to Instagram.” (Before the Grammys, Rodrigo hadn’t officially posted anything since November 29, 2022!)

As for what she’s been up to, many fans are hoping that new music from Rodrigo is on the way. After taking the Billboard charts by storm with her debut album SOUR in 2021, Rodrigo sat down with Billboard in February 2022 and revealed that a second record is indeed in the works!

“It’s definitely a different experience writing a second album after having a debut that was so well received,” she said at the time. “I still write so much of my music in my bedroom though, and I don’t think that experience will ever change. Writing songs will hopefully always be an outlet for me to process my feelings before anything else.”
