Olivia Rodrigo Dishes On The Gift She Received From President Joe Biden

Our reigning teen queen Olivia Rodrigo paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday, October 26, and she did not disappoint. The 18-year-old star sat down for an interview with the famed late-night host, who asked about the success of her debut album, SOUR, and her iconic visit to the White House earlier this year. Liv spilled all the details about meeting President Joe Biden, who sent her home with a few gifts.

"The White House is just the coolest place. I was so nervous to go," Olivia explained before she detailed her experience seeing George Washington's dinner plates, among other American "artifacts."

"I was just scared I was going to like, sneeze and break a priceless artifact, it was crazy," she told Jimmy with a chuckle. The host then asked if she got to keep the matching Ray-Ban sunglasses she wore with President Biden in *these* legendary photos that perfectly capture modern American history.

"He gave them to me, actually," Olivia said. "He gave me a few gifts; he gave me those, some M&M's, and he also gave me a shoehorn, which was strange." Of all the things the president could have given America's sweetheart, he gifted her a shoehorn, which is a device that helps people fit their feet into shoes. Liv said it even had the presidential seal on it, so it's a unique gift, to say the least.

Olivia went on to talk about her Rolling Stone cover story with Alanis Morissette, her mom's favorite kind of music, and yep, even cussing in her songs. She then gave an emotional performance of her latest single, "Traitor."
