Another day, another slay from music sensation and three-time Grammy award winner Olivia Rodrigo. True fans of the Sour singer know that there are a few things she, like, really, really loves — Taylor Swift songs, the Twilight movies, Glossier, Billy Joel, and evidently, wearing plaid skirts with corsets.

We've seen the pop girlie wear just about everything that is hidden in the depths of (and her stylists Chloe and Chenelle Delgadillo's closets). ICYMI, our faves include her gothic bustier, distressed leather midi dress, feathered frock, and lingerie-inspired slip. She's even got us simping over her beauty routine, from her glossy wavy locks to her must-have, rose pink lipstick. And her latest fash-un moment is for sure making it onto our fall mood board.

On August 24, Olivia took to the stage at Madison Square Garden in NYC to play with the legendary Billy Joel (you know, the guy who plays those songs she *allegedly* taught Joshua Basset). While the duo's renditions of "Uptown Girl" and "Deja Vu" were showstoppers, we couldn't take our eyes off of Olivia's killer corset and skirt set. It's serving punk schoolgirl in the hottest way.

For her surprise appearance, the “driving home 2 u” songstress wore a vintage black velvet corset from Vivienne Westwood and a plaid miniskirt from Saint Sintra. The top sourced from Tab Vintage had thick straps velvet straps that flowed into a pointed panel with subtle piping and stitching details. Giving major Gossip Girl vibes on the bottom, Olivia sported a mohair plaid tweed skirt with a frayed and distressed hem. The orange, brown, and yellow tones scream fall and make us *actually* excited for the cool weather ahead.

Olivia went with chunky, black lace-up boots and a black '90s-inspired choker to tie in more punk elements to her bustier look. To balance out the tough, rocker chick vibes of her 'fit with some girliness, the singer's hair was styled into a wavy half-updo with a black ribbon bow. Her makeup included soft winged eyeliner, rosy cheeks, and a hot pink lip as well as a classic red manicure.

After the show was over, Olivia took to Instagram to gush about her experience. "literally because you played her uptown girl… such an honor to perform with one of the best songwriters alive last night. Billy Joel 4 life!!!!! 💘🎸💘🦋," she captioned the photoset.

~ Manifesting ~ that these two will collab on Olivia's new album.
