Actress Olivia Munn celebrated her 40th birthday over the weekend, and she posted a hilarious bikini 'fail' video to her Instagram.

"2020 strikes again 🤕. Anyway, thanks for the birthday wishes! 🥳," she captioned her video.

In the video, Olivia is standing in front of a waterfall wearing a super cute bikini, giving a peace sign to the camera when she looses her footing, and seemingly twists her ankle as she tries to catch herself from falling.

Her friends are loving it, with Scooter Braun commenting, "😂😂😂", Jamie Chung writing, "Hahahahahahhahahh DYING", and Kimberly Williams Paisley commenting, "🤣😭😭😭💕💕💕."

Olivia is keeping it real, and despite the fail, she looks amazing. She previously shared with Women's Health that she and her siblings were encouraged to train in tae kwon do growing up. And she's still a fan of martial arts workouts.

Olivia started working with trainer Karine Lemieux from DAX, a martial arts-based gym in Montreal to prep for her role of Psylocke in X-Men: The Apocolypse back in 2015.

“What I love about training Olivia is that it’s never about losing weight,” says Lemieux. “It’s about being healthy and feeling strong. She loves the challenge.”

Last year, Olivia shared that she was getting back into her tae kwon do routine, which looks something like this: active stretching, followed by 30 minutes of shadowboxing and kicking, 15 minutes of abs, then more stretching.

When it comes to diet, Olivia shared with E! News exactly what she eats in a day.

Breakfast: avocado with hemp seeds, kosher salt and lemon.

Late Morning Snack: apples and peanut butter.

Lunch: white rice with yellow curry with vegetables.

Late Afternoon Snack: Grapes, watermelons, bananas and peanut butter.

Dinner: salad with vegetables and quinoa

Whatever Olivia is doing, it's clearly working.
