Olivia Jade Giannulli may be in the process of "rebuilding her brand" after her parents Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli were indicted in the college admissions cheating case, but Olivia’s beauty business got a legal win. The Blast reports that Olivia’s trademark issues from earlier this year-when the influencer was at risk of losing several trademarks she applied for, in part because of poor punctuation on her application-have been corrected. The outlet wrote that according to U.S. Patent & Trademark officials, Olivia "successfully amended her application" for trademarks Olivia Jade and Olivia Jade Beauty. Her paperwork is now allowed to progress "to the next step of becoming official trademarks," The Blast detailed.

People reported late last week that Olivia remains pretty upset about the situation and really just wants her influencer career back. (Olivia’s parents are accused of paying $500,000 to make it appear that both Olivia and her sister Isabella were rowing team recruits to guarantee their admission to USC.) “She is very angry with her parents," a source told the outlet, adding Olivia hasn’t been home much. "She just wants to figure out how she can rebuild her brand.”

Olivia sees this as completely her parents’ fault. The source said she "blames [them] for everything. She would have never gone along with it if she thought this would happen. Her thing is that she trusted her parents.”

That said, the source seemed pretty confident that Olivia will be all right. “Olivia had her own life and business," the source started. "She was always very driven and worked very hard to achieve what she had. This was her passion. She was honest about that she didn’t really care about school. But her business, she was always very serious about. She most certainly will find a way to start over again. She isn’t someone that gives up easily.”
