We Are Officially OBSESSED With This Kitchen Color
We've had a long running obsession with any and all things Royale Zieglar creates. She's not only the head Entertaining Maven at But First, Party but she's now adding Interior Designer extraordinaire to her long list of credentials. Peek inside her marble and blue-meets-green-meets-grey kitchen captured by Billye Donya. And so you don't have to scroll, that perfect in every way cabinet color is Benjamin Moore Templeton Grey. It's good, right?!?!
My absolute favorite part of my kitchen is the countertops. I visited close to ten slab yards to find the perfect marble, which felt a bit like shopping for a wedding gown. It's like they say, don't look at what you can't afford! And, when you find the ONE, you will know.
There was just something so beautiful about the veining and faint gold coloration swirling throughout the stone we chose. Marble really adds a touch of elegance to any kitchen, but with that comes a price, and not just the cost of the stone.
You know how some parents are called helicopter parents? Well, that is how I am with my marble. Stock up on cute coasters, and NEVER let anyone else cut citrus in your home!
I also really love the cabinet color, the Templeton Grey. It really changes hue with the light. In the morning it is a vibrant blue and after the sun starts to set, a deep green. The rug I found also has a similar coloration, which was perfect.
