Official El Niño Forecast: Above Average Snowfall Predicted From East To West

The folks over at Direct Weather have released their official snowfall forecast for Winter '23/'24, and there's a lot to unpack, but first, it's important to note that these snowfall predictions are only showing the "chance" for above/below average snowfall.
