NYC's Much-Anticipated Doggie Cafe Is (Finally) Opening

Facts: Dogs, coffee and wine are the three ingredients that make life bearable.

Which is why we (and the rest of the tristate area) are so downright giddy over NYC getting it's first ever dog cafe. (Yup, a thing now, people.)

Boris & Horton (named for the owner's scruffy pups) announced their buzzy plans to open at the start of last summer, and, according to Grub Street, it'll finally have its soft opening in just a few days...then be in full operation by the end of the month.

As to what to expect at this unusually adorable concept cafe? The staples, sure (see: great coffee, avocado toast, pastries and wine and beer in the evenings). But it also has a puppy Instagram booth. And a doggy goods shop. And adoption events on the weekend. And lest we forget, the puppy customers themselves. (It's a BYOD situation rather than a home for resident playmates).

Happy hour just got so much happier.
