You Can Now Stay at the Sanderson Sisters' Cottage From 'Hocus Pocus' This October
Come, we fly! To Salem, Massachusetts, for a stay like no other.
The infamous cottage that served as the home to the Sanderson Sisters in Disney's Hocus Pocus is set to host guests (and probably some ghosts) this fall season.
In honor of their return to Disney Studios for the upcoming sequel Hocus Pocus 2, the Sanderson Sisters partnered with Airbnb to give two fans the ultimate retreat this spooky season.
"We’re back, witches. To celebrate our resurrection, we’re inviting guests into a land of enchantment with a stay at a recreation of our Salem cottage, where those with a penchant for mysticism can explore our spine-chilling haunt as All Hallows’ Eve approaches," the sisters noted.
According to the listing, this one-night stay is not a contest, and guests are responsible for their own travel—by broomstick or otherwise. So, if you want to try your luck at nabbing the reservation, booking is set to open at 1 p.m. ET on October 12 for an exclusive stay on October 20.

You'll have to be fast, though. As the one-of-a-kind stay offers a truly unique experience–even for those who may not be fans of the series but love Halloween or history.
"As though untouched by time, our creaky old cottage stands tall amidst the trees, beckoning visitors as if by trance. Enter by window or water wheel, but watch your step–a cobweb or two and the smoke from our cauldron await you inside. Amidst the broomsticks and apothecary bottles, the Black Flame Candle flickers and our beloved Manual of Witchcraft and Alchemy sleeps deeply – lest something (or someone) wakes it. It’s a magnificently eerie scene certain to get guests in the Halloween ‘spirit,'" as per the description.
The listing also noted that this cottage probably isn't for you if you're not a fan of nature or the woods.
"Guests should also note that because our precious cottage doesn’t come with ‘facilities’, if you will, we’ve added a modern outhouse just steps from the home for your convenience."
Before slumbering in the witches' cottage, the host recommends that guests try their hand at the enchantments enshrined in the ancient spell book (just don’t expect to turn anyone into cats as a result), explore the dark history of Salem with visits to some of the town’s most haunted properties, or view a special screening of Hocus Pocus 2, streaming on Disney+ beginning Sept. 30 (Disney+ subscription is required).
