Brace yourselves everyone and get ready to make the most serious job application of your life, because B&M, a supermarket chain in England, is currently hiring for the position of Chicken Nuggets Connoisseur.

Yep, you read that right. You will get paid to eat chicken nuggets if you get this job.

I'm already sold, but if you want to be responsible and weigh up your own chicken nugget experience against the relevant experience required for the job, here's what factors you need to consider.

According to the job description, experience can include (but is not limited to) getting the 20 share box of chicken nuggets from McDonalds and not sharing, going to an event or party purely because there's free food there, and valuing the importance of a fish finger sandwich in life.

All valid life skills, really.

In reality, the advertisement is looking for a taste tester to try out B&M's brand new fresh and frozen food range.

Whoever ends up landing the gig will get £25 ($35) worth of vouchers every month to spend on fresh and frozen food in their local B&M store (so we imagine you'll probably need to buy more than just chicken nuggets, unfortunately) and share feedback with the store to help evolve the range.

To apply for the gig, all you have to do is upload a paragraph explaining why you think you deserve to be B&M's Chicken Nugget Connoisseur and detail the relevant experience you have.

That's it. No resume necessary. (Although there will probably be bonus points if you can detail your love of the nuggs in a powerpoint slide or two).

The full details of the job advert are right here, and you should read it purely for the brilliant amount of food-related puns, if nothing else.
