Oprah Winfrey’s speech from the 2018 Golden Globes has had quite the impact. Not only did it stir the crowd of A-list celebrities to give Oprah multiple standing ovations, but it also ignited a conversation about whether or not Winfrey could be the next U.S. president. It was basically the speech to end all speeches — or perhaps start all speeches, should Winfrey choose to run in 2020.

Even before she opened her mouth at the podium, she’d already made history. At the 75th Golden Globes, Winfrey became the first Black woman to receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award. But if that’s not inspiring enough, Winfrey’s speech made her award all the more powerful. It could serve as a motivational anthem at any given time of the day. Literally, though, because Oprah’s 2018 Golden Globes speech is now available on Spotify. So add it to your daily pump-up playlist. It will fit perfectly right after “I Will Survive” and before “Bodak Yellow.”

Even though everyone has basically gone berserk over discussing Oprah’s possible presidential run, the most important aspect of the icon’s moving speech was what it said. It can be summarized in four words. No, not “You get a car,” but “Their time is up.”

Oprah didn’t give everyone in the audience a new Nissan, but her Golden Globes speech was a powerful gift.

That’s because the “their” whose time is up is all of the people who have oppressed women and people of color for so many years.

“For too long, women have not been heard or believed if they dare speak the truth to the power of those men. But their time is up. Their time is up.”

Cars are great, but they’ll never compare to equality.

While watching Oprah’s speech over and over on YouTube has been great for the past week, the fact that Spotify now offers it means everyone’s commutes will be even better. They even featured the speech on their Golden Globes Playlist. So, is your train is delayed? No worries, just open up Spotify and listen to Winfrey pay tribute to Recy Taylor.

Your workouts will go by even faster while listening to Oprah talk about perseverance.

The next time the patriarchy’s getting you down, just listen to Oprah’s speech.

And then speak your mind no matter how many times a man interrupts you.

Thank you, Spotify, and thank you, Oprah.
