It features ten uniquely curated collections, called the BB Edit, by Berk for Tri Pointe, that encompass features to make a house a home, from fixtures to flooring to furniture. According to a press release, Tri Pointe Homes' Chief Market Officer Linda Mamet says Rancho Mission Viejo, CA; Charlotte, NC; Winchester, CA; Gilbert, AZ and Alexandria, VA are the first cities to feature these newly opened homes—with an additional 9 locations currently having the BB Edit collections available for home personalization through Tri Pointe Homes' Design Studios.

The goal is for the collaboration to roll out in all 15 markets Tri Pointe Homes builds around the country. Specific neighborhoods you can visit to discover the collection for yourself include:

Heatherly at Rancho Mission Viejo, Orange County, California

These 1,691 to 2,182 square footage, three-story houses are designed for harmony on every level.
