What November's Gemini Horoscope Means for You

Can you believe it’s already November? The year flew by quickly and November is shaping up to be one of the most impactful months of 2018 — especially for you, Gemini darling. On Wednesday, November 7, a new moon in Scorpio blankets the sky, encouraging you to connect with your day-to-day realities. If you’ve recently bitten off a lot more than you can chew, use this time to try to find balance. You’re obviously the best multitasker of the zodiac, but even the most gifted Gemini needs to prioritize every now and then.

Getting organized is definitely a good idea, because the very next day a huge celestial motion occurs with the potential to change your life forever. This isn’t hyperbole, Gemini love: On Thursday, November 8, Jupiter (the planet of fortune and expansion) moves into Sagittarius (your opposite sign) activating your partnership zone.

The last time Jupiter moved through this sign was in 2006, so it’s been a long time since the planet of luck has aligned with your relationships. Over the next 13 months, there will be radical change across all of your serious bonds. Whether you’re opening a corporation with a business partner, finding a new roommate, or saying “I do,” Jupiter’s movement in Sagittarius will definitely shake things up in a very good way.

But before you ride off into the sunset with your lover, there will likely be a few more cosmic hiccups. After a very obnoxious retrograde cycle, Venus (the planet that governs love and beauty), finally goes direct on Friday, November 16. Usually we would celebrate this, but maybe it’s best to leave the champagne on ice.

Just a few hours after Venus goes direct, Mercury (your planetary ruler) goes retrograde. Because you’re governed by this fast-moving celestial body, you feel Mercury’s reversal more than most. As such, I advise that you proceed with caution. When Mercury moves backward, anything you say might be used against you, so be sure to read the fine print and triple-check your messages.

The month concludes with the sun gliding into Sagittarius on Thursday, November 22, kicking off a new astrological season. By the end of the month, you’ll start to feel Jupiter’s influence, especially when 2018’s only full moon in your own sign electrifies the sky on Friday, November 23. The sky will be charged with energy and so will you, Gemini.
