As the continued popularity of the tiny home movement proves, people around the world have been opting for smaller living spaces. While the Grand Sojourner looks like any other luxe tiny house, it doesn't require as much downsizing as you'd think: It can sleep up to six people. That's right, six humans can fit into this tiny home.

Created by Australia-based Häuslein Tiny House Company, this not-so-tiny tiny home is around 30 feet long and 8 feet wide. It has three bedrooms—one downstairs room and two lofts. Plus, you can customize the rooms. So if don't need to accommodate six people, one or two of the rooms can be entertainment rooms, storage areas, or offices.

The home also has a two-sided kitchen with Cypress pine shelving and a breakfast bar. There's even space for full-sized appliances. The bathroom features a traditional flush toilet and a full-size corner shower. Plus, there's space for a washing machine. The house's best amenity? It's on wheels, so you have the flexibility to transport it.

A luxury tiny home on wheels that can fit a whole lot of people comes with a high price tag, though: The Grand Sojourner's starting price is $110,000. For additional fees, it has a ton of custom add-ons and upgrades, some of which include entrance steps, a deck, custom shelving, and a laundry chute.
