Yep, Taylor’s latest album—Midnights—landed on Oct. 21, but as of Oct. 24, there is an entire Artist Spotlight collection celebrating Swift herself within Apple Fitness+.

What’s that? Well, that’s Apple's fitness service that provides a ton of classes that are both inclusive and shot impressively in full 4K resolution. And within these Artist Spotlight classes, you’ll be working out to tunes—new and old—by Taylor Swift. Plus, as of iOS 16.1, which hit eligible iPhones everywhere as of Oct. 24, you no longer need an Apple Watch to use Fitness+.

We've got everything you need to know about Taylor Swift's Apple Fitness+ Artist Spotlight!

Here at Parade.com, we're all about sharing products we love with our audience. When you make a purchase on an item seen on this page, we may earn a commission, however, all picks are independently chosen unless otherwise mentioned.

The Taylor Swift Artist Spotlight series on Fitness+ is kicking off with three classes as of Oct. 24. The Yoga, Treadmill and HIIT classes will all get your heart pumping and your brain jumping for joy with tracklists containing songs like “All Too Well”, “The 1” and “Maroon”—yep, even hits off of Midnights!

This specific series will roll on for three weeks with new classes dropping every Monday. And Apple really paid attention to the details here. For starters, the Fitness+ Studio has themed lighting which adequately represents the vibe of Swift’s Midnights.

And in the Treadmill class with trainer Scott Carvin, the first letter of the seven workout tips will come together to spell “SWIFTIE”—I mean, how fun is that? It's like an athletic Easter egg!

"I had a blast with the Treadmill class this week," says Parade editor Kelsey Pelzer. "I did the walking option, although there's a running option as well (and that will be next on my list!). The 30 minutes flew by thanks to the music choices, of course, but the direction Carvin gave was also really helpful. I got more out of my workout than I'd normally get on my own. And I accessed it all with my phone—so easy!"

And with a HIIT workout led by Anja Garcia, you’ll be working with 13-second intervals (any true Swiftie knows about Taylor’s relationship with the number 13). Plus, in Yoga with Jonelle Lewis, the poses are inspired by the songs. For instance, with "Willow," you’ll pose like a tree and with "Mirrorball," you’ll form a goddess pose.

While Apple isn’t sharing specific playlists or the exact instructors for future Taylor Swift-themed workouts, they will be in the disciplines of Core, Cycling, Dance, Pilates, Rowing and Strength. To use Fitness+ with iOS 16.1, all you’ll need is an iPhone. You can sign up for the service—starting at $9.99 for a month or $79.99 for a year (feel free to start with a 30-day trial)—and then stream classes from your phone, as well as on an iPad or an Apple TV.

If you purchased a new iPhone 11 or later, an iPad 9th Gen or newer, or an Apple TV 4K in September, you get three months of Fitness+ for free. And if you recently purchased an Apple Watch—like an SE 2nd Gen, Series 8, or Ultra—you’ll get three months for free.

Speaking of deals, if you currently have an iPhone 8 or later, you get a month for free. Additionally, Target Circle Members can get four months of Fitness+ free.

With just an iPhone, you’ll get to fill up your “Move” ring, but with an Apple Watch, the Fitness+ experience gets taken to another level as your metrics can be tracked in real-time and shown on screen.

Either way though, you can work out with these Taylor Swift-themed classes or opt for any other Fitness+ class. And a major benefit of Fitness+ is that you’re not locked to any specific hardware, and with many of the classes, you might not need any equipment at all.

Fitness+ rolls out new classes each and every Monday. Enjoy your "Run (Taylor's Version) (From the Vault)"—or whatever exercise you choose!
