Nobody really knows the origin of this delicious ice cream dessert, or when it was created (just as mysterious as us mermaids — maybe that’s why we love it so much?), but it doesn’t really matter where it’s from — just as long as we celebrate it today!
No matter if it has chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry ice cream, bananas, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and a cherry on top, sundaes always remind me of growing up and having a dessert after having either a beautiful day, or a terrible one. That’s the beauty of this dessert.
