North West's Birthday Party Ended with a Tantrum

Even though North West was lucky enough to have a joint unicorn-themed birthday party with her cousin just two weeks ago, Kim Kardashian's daughter also got taken on a trip to New York to celebrate her big day.

While Kim caused controversy this weekend for allowing North to straighten her hair for the trip, it's clear that the 5-year-old had an amazing time in the big city. Accompanied by her dad, Kanye West, and mom Kim, North got to see Frozen on Broadway, and showcased several outfit changes throughout the weekend.

There was this tutu, with a killer pair of shades:

North also had a rainbow-layered birthday cake, out of which candy spilled when Kim cut into it:

But perhaps most relatable of all is the fact that North appeared to have a tantrum at the end of the day. North was photographed being carried along the street by her dad, and she didn't look happy at all. Basically, she probably had too much fun:

Photos of North's joint party with Penelope Disick were previously shared on Snapchat. The decadent bash included unicorn ice cream cones, cakes, donuts, and cookies, and the table settings included balloons and flowers, along with tiny fur-lined stools for party guests.

The little cousins even wore matching outfits consisting of sparkly rainbow robes and bathing suits:

The star-studded affair included a whole host of celeb guests like Penelope's mom Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian. And Kylie Jenner even brought Stormi Webster to the party.
