Nordstrom’s Famous Semi-Annual Sale Is Here, and Prices Start at $4

Is Nordstrom Santa Claus? Preliminary evidence points to yes. Why else would the department store drop its famous Semi-Annual Sale on Christmas Eve? Clearly, Nordstrom wants us all to have a happy holiday — regardless of if or what we celebrate on December 24th and 25th — and we could not be more here for it.

Nordstrom’s Semi-Annual Sales are famous for a good reason. Tens of thousands of items go on sale, this time with discounts up to 40 percent off and prices starting as low as $4. Nothing is off limits this time around: You can find huge price cuts on everything from covetable designer goods to go-to wardrobe staples. Nearly every celeb-loved brand it offers is up for grabs, too, including Jennifer Aniston-loved Rag & Bone and Jennifer Garner-favored Paige. All the famous Jennifers are covered.

Like with any good Nordstrom sale, if you’re overwhelmed, the handbag section is a great place to start. Tory Burch’s iconic crossbody is just $198, and Kate Spade’s timeless leather hobo is under $200. There’s also Mansur Gavriel, which rarely goes on sale, for as little as $417. If you’re not too caught up with designer logos and just need a sturdy leather bag, Rag & Bone has a wallet on a chain that’s now just $117.

There’s also plenty of denim for under $100 for when hard pants are a thing again. Levi’s most popular pair of jeans ever, its 501s, are somehow just $59. Speaking of surprising, Nordstrom even still has some Ugg boots in stock and on sale, which is basically unheard of in the middle of Ugg season. You can basically get your whole winter-wardrobe cozy-casual look covered for under $150 in one fell swoop.

Since it looks like we might be able to get out of the house next year, now’s the perfect time to start rebuilding our wardrobes for when we re-enter society. The sale will run until January 3rd, which already makes us feel better about 2021.
