The Doctors discuss how a marketing firm in Japan is offering up to 6 extra days of vacation to their non-smoking employees -- but is this a good idea?

Clinical psychologist Dr. Judy Ho and dermatologist Dr. Sonia Batra feel this is a good approach to encourage people to quit smoking and feel that this incentivizes people to make healthier decisions.

ER physician Dr. Travis Stork points out that it is possible to be both a smoker and a company's most productive employee. He feels the policy is somewhat of a penalty.
