Non-profit seeks volunteers, sponsors for Danville cleanup

DANVILLE, Ill. (WCIA) — The Keep Vermilion County Beautiful organization is sprucing up Danville for their Great American Cleanup event on May 18.

Danville high schoolers build a ‘Friendly School’ in Friendly Town

From 9 a.m. to noon, volunteers will be planting and mulching around the North and South Danville welcome signs and cleaning up litter at several city locations. This includes the entrance to the Holiday Hills neighborhood off of Voorhees Street and on Newell Road across from Walmart.
