Game of Thrones fans have been awaiting the Battle of Winterfell for basically nine years. The action has already taken its toll on wight and human fighter alike, with dragonfire and Melisandre's magical fire lighting up the night.
But that light is not quite enough for some fans-on Twitter, viewers are trying (and failing) to see exactly what's happening in the episode. With the battle happening in the night, and the rest of the people sheltering in the dark Winterfell crypts, it's difficult to discern what's happening. To make things worse, there's a blizzard and quite a lot of shaky camera shots, especially as we follow Daenerys and Jon on their dragon rides. On the one hand, it probably replicates the experience of being in the midst of this terrifying supernatural battle very well. On the other hand...if anyone knows what's happening, let me know!
