Noah Cyrus Stepped Out in an Entirely Front-less Gown During Paris Fashion Week

Much like every other celebrity, Noah Cyrus is in Paris for Fashion week—and she stepped out wearing a Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture gown featuring an entirely open neck and giant chain. The general vibe? Morticia Addams but making it NSFW.

On a vaguely related note, Noah's album The Hardest Part dropped last summer, and she spoke to Forbes about the influence her sister Miley Cyrus had had on her music. "I would say, really genuinely, my sister is really inspiring in that way," she said. "Miley really went through this evolution of making her own lane in music, and making her own music and being her own person, and she was tied to one identity and really created one in herself. And I think that's something that really inspired me as a young little girl, was seeing someone be so strong and confident in themselves and really paving their own path, and Miley is a really outspoken human being and is really passionate about everything she says and she does and can back up everything she says 100 percent. And I really admire her for that."
