Noah Calls Out Miley's Pantlessness at BBMAs

Sisters are the best. They call you out when you finally decide to ditch one look for another as you get ready for the best (musical) version of yourself. On Sunday, while introducing Miley Cyrus at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, little sister Noah actually called out Miley's history of not wearing pants in public, be it on the street, in concert, or at an awards show. Miley 2.0 wears pants now, so it was necessary for someone to point that out. Noah's exact words: "For the first time in years with pants on, my big sis Miley Cyrus!"

Looks like papa Billy Ray is fan of Miley 2.0 with pants, too.
