No One Had More Fun at Paris Fashion Week Than Rebel Wilson

The Australian actress brought sheer joy to her front row appearance at Givenchy.

Admit it, you’re tired of seeing the same ol’ people in the front row season after season. Fashion Week is about business and the seats are usually populated by house regulars; the right newcomer at the right time can be a joyous surprise. Case in point: When Isn’t It Romantic star Rebel Wilson headed to Givenchy’s Fall 2019 show yesterday, she did so with gusto. A first time attendee, Wilson documented each moment of her journey to designer Clare Waight Keller’s show on Instagram, adding in her trademark humor and lively commentary.

With her 6 million followers along for the ride, Wilson captured all the excitement leading up to the big event, which just happened to coincide with her 39th birthday. She was treated to a bevy of handbags and beauty products upon arriving in her suite at the Ritz, but picked a white fanny pack as her accessory du jour. Paired with a custom black and white cocktail dress and a pair of color-blocked kitten heels, Wilson’s outfit put a curve-conscious spin on the Givenchy look.

Joined by pals Sam Smith and Rosamund Pike in the front row, Wilson had a great time at the show, but the real fun happened at the after-party, where the celebration for the collection turned into an impromptu birthday bash. She was surprised with a cake covered in sparklers and well-wishes from Lewis Hamilton and Gal Gadot. Wilson capped off her Parisian adventure with a truly magical night.
