Ingredients

  • 1

    (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 6 tbsp.

    Dutch-processed cocoa powder, sifted

  • 2 tsp.

    pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp.

    kosher salt

  • 2 c.

    heavy cream

  • 1/4 c.

    packed light brown sugar

Directions

  1. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until combined.

  2. Whisk heavy cream and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk 1/3 of whipped cream into cocoa mixture. Carefully fold in remaining cream, in 2 additions, until fully combined. Transfer to a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours.
