  • The 33-year-old actress gave everyone a glimpse of her long, toned legs and abs in a bra top as she posed with Zoey Deutch in a recent post.

  • Nina is all about mixing her workouts up so that she gets to do a "cocktail" of different ones.

Hot girl summer has officially commenced, and that is all because of this absolutely fiery pic of Nina Dobrev out and about in a bra top.

The The Vampire Diaries actress showed off her super-toned legs and abs in a new IG post, and she is looking so strong. Nina, 33, is rocking an oversized black blazer, with matching shorts, a mesh bra, and the ultimate cool-girl look — sunglasses in the dark. The vibes are immaculate!

“What a spectacle,” Nina captioned the photo set, which also included a snap with her friend Zoey Deutch. It seems the pair (and some other friends) are traveling in Monaco, and I would just like to state for the record that I am available for any future summer travel.

Nina’s comments section was on fire, with everyone complimenting the star! " 🔥🔥🔥," wrote Bella Thorne. “Your outfit >>>>,” another fan commented. And another summed it all up: “STUNNING ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

So how does Nina keep her core and those long legs so toned?

Well, the star is a big fan of high-intensity interval (HIIT) workout sessions. In 2017, Nina was an ambassador for the Reebok Les Mills Tribe and joined them for a "#LIKENINA" circuit training video on YouTube. HIIT workouts like the ones Nina does help get your heart rate up fast in short spurts of exercise.

Nina enjoys sweating it out with her friends. In 2019, she did an intense ab and butt workout during a collab with Zac Efron for his "Gym Time w/ Zac Efron" series.

On other days she does what she calls a “cocktail” of exercises including yoga, running, weight training, boxing, and group classes. “I’m getting older and more conscious of what I eat and how I eat it and what I do," she told Women's Health. "Doing something different [each day] has been the most fun, and I’ve seen the most benefit because you shock your system.”

Whatever Nina is doing is clearly working. Keep living it up!
