Nina Agdal's Abs Are Legit Chiseled AF In A Crop Top On IG

  • Nina Agdal is bringing the heat this fall with some Instagram photos that show off her ultra-toned abs.

  • The model, 30, shared a snap on her IG Story that was all kinds of strong, from her core to her fashion choices.

It’s officially Hot Girl Fall and Nina Agdal is already showing up and showing out!

The Danish model, 30, took to Instagram to show off a peek of her toned abs while rocking a pair of light blue, low-rise pants and a tiny white cropped top with long sleeves. The whole look is the perfect blend of summer meets fall, and Nina knows it.

The fact that Nina is toned AF should come as no surprise, because the model literally designed her own fitness platform: The Agdal Method. Her program, which she actually uses herself, includes workouts, wellness advice, and loads of recipes. And it seems to be working. She recently ran a half marathon (indoors)!

“I’m not here to tell you what to do,” she told W Magazine. “I’m here to help you find out what works for you.”

Well, if you’re wondering what works for her, there are a lot of things in the mix because Nina likes to keep things balanced. Literally.

“I do a bunch of Y7 yoga," Nina told Health, per People. "I also do boxing, which is great for everything, and I go to Equinox and do the SoulCycle thing. I always switch it up because if not, I don’t see a difference." Nina loves yoga because it strengthens her arms which, “which can be a tough area for me to get really toned in,” she added.

Nina is also recently learning the beauty and importance of rest after going through a period of intense workouts without seeing results, per People. “My friends would say, ‘You need to rest. You’ve got to let your muscles relax so they can react again.’ Sometimes less is more when it comes to workout routines.” True that!

When it comes to her diet, Nina tries to only eat within a specific period of time during the day. “I prefer to have a juice or a smoothie in the morning. I’m a big believer in fasting, so I don’t eat anything until lunch, which is usually around 2:00 P.M. or 3:00 P.M.," she told Hollywood Life.

When lunchtime comes, she sticks to lean proteins like eggs or fish, with a side of veggies. Dinner can be pretty much anything except red meat.

"It’s about letting go a little bit and trusting your own body. You have to start listening to what your body needs," Nina shared with W Magazine. "Finding that inner voice is the biggest trick. It starts by letting go and not being so tough on ourselves."
