Nina Agdal is giving off cowgirl vibes in a recent post on Instagram. The model, 30, spent the weekend hanging out with friends while attending Ultra Music Festival in Miami. In the photo, Nina wore denim shorts and a turquoise sequined crop paired with platform sneakers and a cowboy hat.

She captioned her photo, "Alexa play 'If you wanna be my lover.'"

Fans quickly made their way to the comment section to jump in on the iconic Spice Girl reference, with one user saying, "You gotta get with my friends 😍." Another added, "Beauties 💕." A third follower chimed, "Howdy Nina! 👈🤠👉."

While I'm obsessed over Nina's festival fit, I can't get over how incredibly toned her abs and legs look. If you want to know what she does to stay in such great shape, read on for all the details.

Just last year, Nina told W Magazine about how her mentality around health and wellness has changed. "I’ve had very different relationships over time with fitness, wellness, and nutrition," she said. "I really believe in finding something that can be a lifestyle and a healthy habit that makes you happy."

She elaborated more on this while chatting with Health about her previous habits. “I would go on these benders and work out, like, three to four times a day, and be like, ‘Why is my body not changing?’” she said, per People. “My friends would say, ‘You need to rest. You’ve got to let your muscles relax so they can react again.’ Sometimes less is more when it comes to workout routines.”

Now, Nina's a regular at the gym and always tries to mix up her routine. “I do a bunch of Y7 yoga," she said. "I also do boxing, which is great for everything, and I go to Equinox and do the SoulCycle thing. I always switch it up because if not, I don’t see a difference."

Not to mention she also started her own fitness platform called The Agdal Method, which comes with recipes, workouts, and wellness advice. She told W Magazine, “I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you find out what works for you.”

As for her diet, Nina opts for a juice or a smoothie for breakfast. She told Hollywood Life, "I’m a big believer in fasting, so I don’t eat anything until lunch, which is usually around 2:00 P.M. or 3:00 P.M." For lunch, she'll eat a more protein-based meal such as fish or eggs with veggies. And for dinner, Nina steers clear of red meat.

"It’s about letting go a little bit and trusting your own body. You have to start listening to what your body needs," Nina explained to W Magazine. "Finding that inner voice is the biggest trick. It starts by letting go and not being so tough on ourselves."

Preach, Nina!
