The ongoing feud between WWE wrestler and boxer Logan Paul and mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Dillon Danis has deepened with the announcement that Danis has been hit with a lawsuit from Paul’s fiancée, Nina Agdal.

While Danis and Paul reportedly have hated each other for years, the bickering between the two crossed the line into deeply personal when Danis began taunting Agdal online. Agdal seemingly had had enough because Danis posted a tweet on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Wednesday that claimed she had officially filed a “massive” lawsuit against him.

As of Thursday evening, Dexerto reported that Agdal’s restraining order against Danis had been granted.

Us Weekly reported that the lawsuit is primarily centered on allegations that Danis released a decade-old sexually explicit photo of Agdal without her consent.

“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” the lawsuit said, according to Us Weekly. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”

Danis did threaten to release images of Agdal in a tweet from Aug. 27 and mentioned that if he did, he would be “sued” and his scheduled fight with Paul would be “called off.”

TMZ also reported that Agdal filed for a temporary restraining order against Danis, claiming that she has suffered “humiliation, emotional distress and reputational harm.” Agdal’s full demands are “unspecified,” but it is known that she’s asking at least $150,000 per violation of the federal law that prohibits the sharing of private and explicit images without consent.

In a tweet, Danis seemed to confirm that the details in the lawsuit as TMZ described them were accurate, adding that her telling the outlet specifics “expos[ed] her true character.”

MMA Mania reported that Agdal is claiming that Danis either hacked into her Snapchat to obtain a sexually explicit video of her or used someone close to her to obtain it. The outlet found that Misfits Boxing has threatened to call off the Paul vs. Danis match.

The match is currently scheduled for Oct. 14 at AO Arena in Manchester, England, and so far the fight has not officially been called off, but as of reporting, Danis hasn’t stopped his online posts attacking Agdal.
