Nikki Bella Is Engaged to ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Partner Artem Chigvintsev
This Bella is going to be a bride. WWE star Nikki Bella is engaged to Dancing With the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev, the couple announced Friday, January 3.
The pair both took to social media to announce the surprising engagement news. “You are the best thing that has ever happened to me,” Chigvintsev, 37, wrote on social media, alongside a slideshow from the magnificent and romantic moment.
“So excited for what’s to come,” he added. “I love you more [than] anything and thank you for saying Yes.”
It turns out the two have been engaged since November 2019. The dance pro ended up hiring an orchestra in a ballroom designed with an array of red roses. He popped the question with an emerald cut diamond featuring a tiny halo.
A rep tells The Knot that the engagement will be covered in the next season of Total Bellas.

“Excited for 2020 and the next decade with you,” Bella, the star of her own E! show, wrote on social media. “I said yes in France in November! We have been trying to keep it a secret but really wanted to share our excitement for the New Year!”
This is Bella’s second engagement after she was betrothed to John Cena in 2017. As part of her healing journey, Bella appeared on ABC’s smash dance reality competition show DWTS, where she was partnered up with professional dancer Chigvintsev. They eventually fell in love and are now engaged after a year of dating.
It will be the second time walking down the aisle for Chigvintsev after his short-lived marriage to Giselle Peacock from 2004 to 2005.
