Nike’s Swarovski-Covered Sneakers Will Encourage You to Work Out
As Elle Woods said in Legally Blonde, “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy.” But even the promise of a good mood isn’t always enough to get you to your workout. However, we bet these Nike sneakers covered in Swarovski crystals will.
Nike first revealed VaporMax sneakers in 2015, but we would say that these are a serious upgrade. The Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit 2 LXX Swarovski sneakers are the perfect way to add bling to your athleisure look.
“Mixing old-fashioned embellishing with new-age digital craft, 1,000-plus dual-finish crystals are zonally placed and hand-embroidered on the upper to refract light,” the description says.
The stylish, bright green sneakers retail for $500, and are already sold out. There’s no word if they will be restocked, but we will keep you updated.
This isn’t Nike’s first Swarovski endeavor. The brand extended Christmas last year by launching the gold Nike Air Max 97 LX with sparkling Swarovski crystals on Dec. 26. Those $400 sneakers are also sold out. In previous years, Nike and Swarovski collaborated on black and silver blinged-out sneakers. But we would say these green ones are the most colorful yet!
