Nike SB Catches Up With Oskar Rozenberg in Latest 'Medal Madness' Installment

Oski might come off as a calm, soft-spoken individual, but his skating definitely speaks for itself. With the 2024 Paris Olympics inching closer and closer, Nike SB caught up with Oski to reflect on what skateboarding means to him—far beyond contests and the global spotlight. His outlook is refreshing and humbling, and his skill on the board is unarguable. Take a look:

From Malmo, Sweden, to Austin, Texas, Oski can truly skate it all. And his approach to every piece of terrain he casually crushes will forever provide a breath of fresh air. He has a fluidity that is pretty rare and is simply one of those guys who were truly put on this earth to ride a skateboard.

Whether he's gearing up for a contest or ripping the streets with his squad, at the end of the day, Oski knows that what matters most is just having fun on his board with his friends. It's a mindset we can all relate to and a great reminder that if we aren't out there enjoying ourselves, then what's the point?

I could watch Oski's marathon lines all day long. On and off the board, he's just a solid dude and it's great to see how well he's been recovering from that brutal injury in 2022. Some dudes just have it... and Oski is certainly one of them.

Whether we see him at the Games or not, anytime Oski steps on a board is pretty special. His energy is infectious and most importantly, watching him skate makes you want to skate. If you ask me, that's pretty priceless.
