Nike Dunk High ‘Michigan’ Quickly Sold Out — but You Can Still Buy a Pair
The fan-favorite “Michigan” colorway of the Nike Dunk High returned to retailers this week and it didn’t take long for the sneaker to fly off of shelves. If you missed out, you can still buy a pair on the resale market now.
The sportswear giant first introduced the Dunk in 1985 by releasing series of styles called “Be True to Your School,” with each colorway representing a different Nike-sponsored college. This pair specifically represents the University of Michigan by wearing the institution’s signature midnight navy and varsity maize color combination on the leather upper that’s paired with a classic Nike Air-cushioned midsole and a rubber outsole.
This year’s version launched on the Nike SNKRS app and at select Nike Sportswear stockists yesterday for a retail price of $120. Now that the shoe has sold out, the only way to buy a pair now is on the resale market, including platforms StockX and GOAT.
At the time of publication, the Nike Dunk High “Michigan” is reselling on StockX for an average price of $278. The lowest asking price on the platform is $260 for a men’s size 10 while the highest bid is $325 for a men’s size 4.
The same sneaker is reselling on the resale platform GOAT with the lowest asking price at $273 for a men’s size 9 and as high as $500 for a men’s size 3.5.
