Basically everyone is in their Taylor Swift era right now. Cities are changing their names and giving Swift a key to their cities, tons of celebrities — from Blake Lively to Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban — have attended her Eras Tour shows, and our Instagram feeds are full of Swift-inspired outfits, memes, and theories. But the cutest Taylor-fied thing we’ve ever seen actually happened in the NICU of a Tennessee-based children’s hospital, and our hearts just melted into a puddle on the floor.

Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown dressed up their NICU babies in outfits that represent Swift’s various eras— and they are so, so cute!

Using blonde yarn wigs and sparkly cut-outs, they dressed the babies to look like Swift throughout her various years, and it’s absolutely adorable. In the first picture, a baby is wearing an all-black sparkly dress as she poses next to the Reputation album. In the next, a baby is wearing a midnight-blue dress with a white fur stole, over her tiny diaper, with a long, yellow-colored yarn hair next to the Midnights album. The creativity is outstanding!

The next baby is dressed in the Lover era, wearing a rainbow-colored jumpsuit with a short blonde wig. The babies for the Folklore and Evermore albums pose next to each other, one in an autumn coat and the other in the famous cardigan.

One baby wears a gold sparkly dress like Swift does in Fearless, and another has her light blue dress and felt guitar like Swift’s debut album. There’s also a 1989 baby and an Eras Tour baby! One little boy is even dressed up like Ed Sheeran, complete with sleeve tattoos and bright orange hair. It’s the cutest thing we’ve ever seen.

The hospital wrote the sweetest Swift-inspired caption on their photos.

“Our Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown NICU Babies are fearless and we are so thrilled they have a place in this world,” it said, adding that the babies represented each of Swift’s albums.

“The nurses also included the man of the unit, their oldest patient and lover boy to all, Ed Sheeran, Taylor’s long-time best bud and collaborator, complete with tattoo sleeves and red hair,” they added. So sweet!

According to the caption, nurses (and Swifties) Olivia Horne and Allison Harris came up with the idea to dress up their babies while working a night shift with fellow Swiftie respiratory therapist Leah Landa. They decided to create costumes based on each infant’s personality, and they did such a fabulous job!
