Nicole Scherzinger's Butt Is So Toned Doing Splits In A Thong Bikini

Nicole Scherzinger set some serious 2022 summer goals when she posted a photo looking incredibly flexible doing the splits in a pool in Mexico this week.

The Pussycat Dolls singer is looking fabulous in a tiny patterned thong bikini, complete with a delicious-looking cocktail in hand. And her booty was looking super sculpted in the glassy, blue water. She captioned the post: “Happy Cinco De Mayo from Mexico 🇲🇽 This view got me doin the splits 🌊."

 

I was not the only one to notice how strong Nicole looks on her vacation. Her comment section had fire emojis aplenty. “Wow 🔥🔥🔥,” wrote one fan. “Cinco De Mayo splits we LOVE to see babe 😍🔥,” wrote another.

Nicole, 43, stays fit and motivated by mixing up her workouts. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she previously told Women's Health UK. She also likes to do SoulCycle and yoga.

“I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in L.A.,” she said. Maybe that's how she got so flexible...

Dance is a part of everyday life for Nicole, and she fits it in during her normal routines. Like here, where she is busting a move to Frank Ocean.

 

As for her diet, Nicole likes to keep things balanced so she can stay at the top of her game. She powers up in the morning with a breakfast of eggs and toast. Lunch is usually soup or sushi.

“For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi.” Nicole also likes to snack on almonds, coconut water, and baby carrots.

While she generally sticks to a healthy, plant-based diet, this splits queen does balance it out with some delicious dishes. A few of her faves: pasta, pizza, Mexican (with lots of cheese), french fries, and chips, she told Women's Health UK.
