Sometimes it’s hard to decide what to wear when you have to pick just one outfit. Or you could take Nicole Scherzinger's lead and just wear them both. Problem solved!

This weekend, the 45-year-old singer dropped an Instagram video of herself working a slinky, sparkly, see-through dress that showed off her incredibly toned legs. At the same time, she's lip syncing along to Troye Sivan’s "One of Your Girls."

As she sang, Nicole pretended to rip off her dress, revealing a similar two-piece ‘fit. The matching bra top and skirt set put her jacked abs on full display. “I’ll be like one of your girls or your homies 👊🏽,” she wrote in the caption.

Of course, Nicole's followers totally bugged out in the comments section. “The abs tho 🔥🔥🔥,” one wrote. “Wow just wow,” another said.

It's evident that Nicole is super strong all over—so, what's she been doing to get so sculpted? Well, she has been busy starring in the play Sunset Boulevard, but she’s also made time for her workouts—while keeping her fans up to date.

For one, it seems that gym workouts are a big thing for Nicole. Back in September, the Masked Singer panelist shared an Instagram video of herself doing a slew of muscle-toning moves at the gym, including tricep dips, weighted jump squats, and medicine ball crunches:

She loves mixing up her workouts, although she keeps coming back to HIIT exercises, Nicole told Women’s Health in 2022. “Most recently, I’ve just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts,” she said. “I feel like I get more results that way.”

Food-wise, Nicole likes to follow an intermittent fasting schedule, and enjoys eating breakfast foods for lunch. “I love eggs and gluten-free bread with a side of smoked salmon or some ham,” Nicole said. “If I have some frozen fruit laying around, I’ll make an oat milk smoothie.”

For dinner, she’ll usually have some kind of protein with a grain and veggies. And, at the end of the day, Nicole likes to kick back with a cup of mint tea. “There’s never not a right time for mint tea,” she said.
