Everyone needs a little extra motivation sometimes—and if it happens to come from Nicole Scherzinger, well, that's just a bonus. The actress and singer, 43, posted a brand new video on Instagram that's guaranteed to give you that extra push to get through this week.

"Stay on course. Believe. #MotivationMonday #manamonday @mana_movement 💛," she captioned the post. In the clip, Nicole rocks a bikini as she sets sail on a jet ski. And, her butt and legs look so toned.

Nicole's followers couldn't get enough. "Yes queen! thank you for being my inspiration for life ❤️," someone wrote. Another user added, "🔥🔥🔥😍😍😍," which basically sums it all up:

Wondering just how Nicole stays in such amazing shape? For starters, she keeps her fitness routine pretty simple. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” the Annie Live! star told Women's Health UK.

She's also a big fan of yoga, including hot yoga and core power yoga. The occasional hike rounds out Nicole's busy week of workouts.

And, talk about motivation—Nicole says she usually gets an extra boost from sweating it out with friends. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, we try to do different things," she said. "We just motivate each other."

As for her diet, Nicole keeps her meals light and balanced. Breakfast might be eggs and toast with bacon or smoked salmon or porridge. To drink, she'll have a cold-pressed green juice and maybe some hot tea, per People.

Lunch is usually a bowl of soup or some sushi, while dinner could be pasta, rice, or meat with veggies. Fresh fruit is her go-to snack (Nicole especially likes pineapple and blueberries). Almonds, coconut water, and baby carrots help keep her going throughout the day.

Carbs and cheese top her list of favorite foods: "When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese," Nicole shared with WH UK. "I love French fries, or crisps—salt and vinegar crisps."
