Nicole Kidman Celebrates Planet Omega Exhibit in Balenciaga With Pointed-Toe Pumps

Nicole Kidman went with an elegant look for a celebratory night out in New York City.
The “Big Little Lies” star hit the red carpet ahead of the Planet Omega Exhibition event on Thursday night in Manhattan. The Planet Omega pop-up celebrates the history behind the Swiss watch brand Omega, founded in 1848. To the event, Kidman slipped on a pair of sleek pumps. Her black leather shoes featured a sharp pointed toe and a thin heel that reached at least 3 inches in height.

For the rest of her look, the Oscar-winning actress donned a black gown from Balenciaga’s Summer ’24 collection. The dress featured a velvet bodice, complete with a bow in the center of the off-the-shoulder neckline. The satin floor-length skirt featured a slit up the right side and also included bows along the waist. Kidman added simple gold hoop earrings and a gold Omega watch for her accessories. She also wore black tights underneath the gown.
Kidman’s shoe styles often veer between the casual and undoubtedly sleek. On the red carpet, the “Stepford Wives” star typically wears pointed-toe pumps and heeled sandals with a range of colors and embellishments, hailing from top brands including Aquazzura, Jimmy Choo, Alexandre Birman and Manolo Blahnik. Most recently, she hit the CMA red carpet with husband Keith Urban in black leather pumps with embossed uppers. Her chic off-duty style usually includes relaxed pairs with flat soles, including Celine loafers, padded Bassike sandals and Tabitha Simmons flats.
