Nick Jonas Posted the Sweetest Instagram for Priyanka Chopra on Their Anniversary
This month, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are celebrating one year since they first started dating, and what a whirlwind year it’s been. In December, the couple tied the knot with two epic ceremonies, one Christian and one Hindu, at India’s Maid Bhawan Palace.
To mark their milestone, Jonas paid tribute to his wife with a special Instagram post (because, how else?) yesterday. Sharing a photo of the couple sharing a moment during the Cannes Film Festival last week, Jonas wrote, “One year ago today I went to go see Beauty and the Beast at the Hollywood bowl with a group of friends. One of those friends was the woman that would become my best friend, my confidant, my muse, my beautiful wife. I am so grateful for our journey together so far.”
“You make me smile every day and you inspire me to be the best version of myself,” he continued. “I am honored to be your husband. I love you.” Chopra then replied in the comments of Jonas’s post, writing, “The most amazing thing that ever happened to me is you. I love you babs.”
Thought the duo were apart for their special anniversary, Jonas did make sure to give his wife a special gift for the occasion as well: He surprised Chopra with tickets to see Mariah Carey in London. Chopra shared an image with the chanteuse yesterday and thanked her husband, writing, “The best husband ever...A #lambily member’s dream came true...Even though he was busy and we were apart, he made sure I celebrated our one year anniversary with my fave,” she wrote. “You will always be my baby @nickjonas.”
